Everything Obama says is a lie, that is proof positive the statement he made concerning the Iranian deal is a fabrication. To think that a President can disregard the will of the people is beyond belief. President Obama has used the position of President to dictate policy. Because he is a Muslim he freely negotiates with Islamic nations, welcoming them with open arms to our homeland. His actions should be construed as treasonous, as his actions are in direct conflict with Constitutional Law.
To deal with Iran is doubly treasonous because Iran made it perfectly clear they want to destroy the US and Israel. It is time for our representatives in Congress to stop being Party Correct and start being Constitutional Correct. We need leaders with the mindset that survival of our democratic republic being their number one priority. President Obama has proven that if Congress will not block his actions then a President can be become a King.
We need to see serious consequences to Obama's blatant disregard for the rule of law. We need to see some serious indictments of anyone defying a court order. Ultimately Obama needs to held accountable for his words of intimidation, threatening border security agents jobs and pensions if they do not continue his unlawful executive orders. This man has gained hubris because we have an impotent Congress who will not do it's constitution duty and hold articles of impeachment against this lawless sociopath liar. It's all or nothing for Obama at this point. If he pulls this coup off, the U.S will collapse into a banana republic where the rule of law means nothing. Congress must be compelled to stop Obama and any future president from exceeding his authority. We are way past the line in the sand.
The President is pushing this Exceptional Nation into a Constitutional Crisis that is or will be just as serious as that faced by President Lincoln, with perhaps the same internal consequences, i.e., civil war. When the President asserts that he has the power to simply ignore any stay of action by a single judge if he wants to, that person is no longer a president he is a dictator. All legal issues begin with a judgment issued by a single judge, if the ruling of that single judge can just be ignored by the president we no longer have a viable legal system and zero ability to stop possibly illegal federal (presidential) actions. We live in interesting and very dangerous times for the country I love. We are either a nation of laws or a lawless nation.

The fact that the police did not file charges and submitted it's report means that there was not evidence of any wrongdoing by Mr. Busch. And since the DA for that county in Delaware has not pressed charges or indicted him, it also points to there is no evidence. He said she said does not fly in a criminal case without evidence to back up guilt or innocence.
If I were Kurt I would lawyer up because the payday at the end of all this is going to be giant. He can sue nascar for damages by taking away his ability to make a living at his job. The family court judge can be sued for libel because he has slandered a man that is not a criminal by portraying him as a domestic abuser without legal basis because he speculated that Mr. Busch did it.
A judge can be sued for libel and slander as much as a newspaper or televison news especially when there is no criminal charges. If there were going to be any they would have been announced as soon as the report was finished. The DA has not indicted him, nor has there been a grand jury asked to indict him.
NASCAR used detrimental to the sport as their reason, but in their doing so without any legal evidence is more detrimental to NASCAR that unfounded accusations that do not warrant legal charges to be brought against him.
NASCAR needs to police their head shed before trying to police their sport. Look for Busch to win on appeal due to the fact that the police nor the DA have said there is evidence to prosecute him.
NASCAR and Chevrolet both owe Kurt Busch a public apology. He should have been reinstated sooner that he was proven innocent by our legal system. Adrian Peterson had his NFL suspension overturned in court, and he actually had charges against him and pleaded no contest.

While suturing up a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher, whose hand had been caught in the gate while working his cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Obama, and his being our president.
The old rancher said, "Well, ya know, Obama is just a Post Turtle."
Now not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked, What's a "Post Turtle?"
The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle."
The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face so he continued to explain. "You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, he sure as heck ain't goin' anywhere, and you just wonder what kind of dumb arse put him up there in the first place."
I just received this and I believe it holds true when evaluating the people in DC..
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the
people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them; and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work, because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.
Is Obama losing his magic? Do people now realize they've been duped?

He says his healthcare reform has reduced fraud and waste of Medicare but today we have found that the government is wasting $750 billion a years on medicare. Obama does not know what's going on, and is just trying to pass his wasteful, useless and meaningless legislation as successes. We cannot really afford to wait for Obama to learn on the job, we need a team that will take the ball and run with it. Americans you deserve better but Obama is not going to get you there. You gave Obama a chance in 2008, let US give Romney a chance in 2012 and go from there!!!

The DOJ has been so busy covering up for Obama and his gun running scheme that they probably don't have time to worry about bank fraud. This story is probably only the tip of the iceberg.
Evidence of Credit Suisse fraud mounts Loan scheme allegedly bankrupted dozen luxury resorts
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – There is mounting evidence Zurich-based Credit Suisse Group AG has committed criminal violations in the trading of U.S. mortgage-backed securities.
WND has reported that “equity recapitalization” loans originated by Credit Suisse allegedly were a major factor in the bankruptcy of the high net-worth Yellowstone Club.
Now, WND research indicates that the Credit Suisse lending scheme possibly bankrupted a dozen additional high net-worth resort developments.
In February, federal criminal charges were brought against Kareem Serageldin, 38, Credit Suisse’s former global head of structured credit trading, and two associates. The three were accused of falsifying prices of mortgage-backed securities to meet bank-established profit targets, enhance their performance ratings at the bank and boost their year-end bonuses.
As Bloomberg reported, charges were brought against Serageldin after two of his former associates, David Higgs, 42, and Salmaan Siddiqui, 36, claimed when pleading guilty that Serageldin told them to overstate the value of mortgage-backed assets in a Credit Suisse trading book known as ABN1 after the collapse of the U.S. housing market.
According to Bloomberg, Serageldin, who lives in the U.K., earned $7.27 million in salary and other compensation in 2007.
Credit Suisse, the second largest bank in Switzerland, took a $2 billion loss when the mortgage-backed securities pricing fraud was discovered.
Credit Suisse told Reuters the three employees involved in the scheme were fired in 2008.
The question now is why the Justice Department has not begun a criminal investigation of Credit Suisse’s lending activities regarding a dozen or more high-profile, high net-worth luxury resorts located throughout the United States and in the Bahamas.
‘Equity recapitalization’ – a criminal fraud?
As WND has reported, several hundred pages of legal documentation provided by Tim Blixseth, the founder of the Yellowstone Club, and his attorney, Michael Flynn, indicate Credit Suisse utilized inflated appraisals conducted by Cushman & Wakefield in making the equity recapitalization loan that led to the Yellowstone Club’s bankruptcy.
The inflated Cushman & Wakefield appraisals arguably were not compliant with the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 – the FIRREA. The valuations were based on a non-FIRREA-compliant standard of “total net value” that established a value for the Yellowstone Club at $1.165 billion when it was only worth approximately $455 million.
Yet, to date, the Department of Justice, headed by Attorney General Eric Holder – a former partner in the Washington-based law firm Covington & Burling – has not undertaken any civil or criminal investigations against Credit Suisse.
WND has documented that Credit Suisse is a Covington & Burling .
Bankrupt luxury resorts
Now, WND research shows that the Credit Suisse lending scheme bankrupted possibly a dozen additional high net-worth resort developments in addition to the Yellowstone Club in Montana.
They include the following three examples:
Lake Las Vegas, a 3,600-acre, 1,600-home resort development in Henderson, Nev. A Lake Las Vegas bankruptcy creditor trust sued the billionaire Bass brothers in Texas, the Transcontinental Corp. of Santa Barbara, Calif., and several other Las Vegas investors to recover some $470 in profits and/or capital that the creditor trust alleges the investors took out of a $670 million Credit Suisse equity recapitalization loan made to the resort, as reported by VegasInc.com in October 2011.
Tamarack Resort, a mountain ski-and-golf resort in west-central Idaho. On Jan. 30, 2010, a class action suit with RICO charges was filed against Credit Suisse and Cushman & Wakefield charging that an equity recapitalization loan arranged with a fraudulent appraisal was responsible for the bankruptcy of Tamarack Resort. The class action suit alleges the Credit Suisse equity recapitalization program was a deliberate scheme designed to burden property holders in the resort with debts they could not repay, so that the bank could gain through foreclosure or bankruptcy a property interest in the resort at a fraction of its true value.
Ginn Sur Mer, a resort development at West End, Grand Bahamas. The luxury resort was initially envisioned with 1,400 single home sites and more than 4,000 condo hotel units, complete with an Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, a Jack Nicholas-designed golf course, a 55,000 square foot casino, an equestrian facility, a championship tennis facility and a central grand canal equipped with water taxis and gondolas. The resort’s financial problems began when developer Bobby Gin and his financial partner, Lubert Adler, defaulted on a $675 million loan arranged from a syndicate of lenders brokered by Credit Suisse.
The scheme was simple: Credit Suisse made untold millions in fees through inflated loans on high visibility luxury real estate based on inflated Cushman & Wakefield appraisals that neglected standards set in FIRREA.
Credit Suisse had virtually no risk of loan loss because the loans were sold to a “syndicate” of investors, including hedge funds and foreign investors.
In an attempt to bypass various federal lending laws, Credit Suisse allegedly originated loans through a Cayman Island branch that consisted only of a post office box, while loan documents linked back to Credit Suisse First Boston, thereby assuring legal standing under federal laws, should the lenders default on the loans.
By encouraging developers to recapture their capital immediately simply by taking the vast majority of the loan proceeds for themselves, Credit Suisse virtually guaranteed the developments would be insolvent and the loans would default.
Once the resorts were in bankruptcy, Credit Suisse exerted its rights under the loan agreements to take over the role of developer and assume a property-ownership interest in the resorts, all at a fraction of fair market value.
WND research could not find any of the dozen or so resort properties that enrolled in Credit Suisse’s equity recapitalization program that had not defaulted on the loans, throwing the properties into bankruptcy proceedings.
Loan documents fraudulent?
WND previously reported that Credit Suisse made a $375 million syndicated equity recapitalization loan to the Yellowstone Club through a Credit Suisse branch in the Cayman Islands – a loan that ultimately led to the bankruptcy of the Yellowstone Club.
WND has determined that evidence in the credit agreement Credit Suisse prepared and signed for the loan Sept. 30, 2005, indicates the bank possibly committed fraud by violating the terms of its own loan agreement.
On page 7 of the credit agreement, “eligible assignee” is defined as a lender, an approved fund, or a commercial or savings bank organized under the laws of the United States, with the clear implication that any organization functioning under the agreement would have to comply with FIRREA requirements to be an eligible assignee.
This implication is reinforced by Section 9B of the credit agreement, “Assignment by Lenders,” which further specifies that eligible assignees function as lenders under the agreement. As such, the assignees have the same rights and obligations as the lenders, including complying with all FIRREA requirements.
Yet, WND is in possession of the appraisal Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado prepared for Credit Suisse First Boston, LLC, dated July 1, 2005, which on page 2 specifically states that the appraisal Credit Suisse used in making the $375 equity recapitalization loan was not FIRREA compliant.
Attorney Flynn, representing Blixseth in the Yellowstone Club bankruptcy proceedings, told WND that Credit Suisse’s attempt to circumvent the requirements of the credit agreement by utilizing a Cayman Island branch to make and syndicate the loan to participating financial entities and qualified investors indicates criminal intent.
“This is what our pleadings allege,” Flynn explained to WND. “Credit Suisse engaged in a patently criminal fraud. Credit Suisse used the Cayman Islands as an attempted circumvention but in using the Cushman & Wakefield appraisal, the bank contradicted the assignment language making all loans subject to FIRREA.”
The case for criminal fraud was clear, according to Flynn.
“Credit Suisse says in the assignment language that all assignments in making the loan must comply with all relevant laws, but yet the appraisal provided Credit Suisse by Cushman & Wakefield says in black and white that the appraisal is not in compliance with FIRREA requirements.”
Congratulations to Rep. Issa and Sen. Grassley for showing some backbone and standing up to two of the worst criminals in Washington. Now if the rest of congress will get off their collective, complacent backsides and start doing their jobs, we may yet pull what's left of this country out of the dustbin of history.

Obama's socialist ideas won't work!!!
The reason why so many doctors are dropping Medicare patients, or refusing to accept new ones is because Medicare/Medicaid is dropping their reimbursement levels below the actual cost of providing the service. Why should someone who spent a fortune for an education, another fortune to pay for malpractice insurance, and another fortune to pay for support staff be expected to provide services for below their own costs? That is why Obamacare is going to force so many doctors out of medicine. What I am waiting to see is the beginning of the lawsuits for Constitutional violations under the equal protection clause. How is it NOT unequal for people making a good living to pay for not only their coverage, but also coverage for people who aren't working at all? How is denying people treatment because of their age, irregardless of their ability to pay, NOT be considered unequal treatment? Both are already occurring in this country.
Rush is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! Obama's anti-God, anti-America policies, agenda, and propaganda most definitely are destroying our country. How any true American citizen could even consider voting for him is a mystery to me. For almost four years now, he's PROVEN his brand of "hope and change" does NOT WORK. In fact, it has done, and is doing, just the opposite of that which he "promised". Liberals try to register dogs and cats to vote for Obama
OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP)— The voter registration form arrived in the mail last month with some key information already filled in: Rosie Charlston’s name was complete, as was her Seattle address.
Problem is, Rosie was a black lab who died in 1998.
A group called the Voter Participation Center has touted the distribution of some 5 million registration forms in recent weeks, targeting Democratic-leaning voting blocs such as unmarried women, blacks, Latinos and young adults.
But residents and election administrators around the country also have reported a series of bizarre and questionable mailings addressed to animals, dead people, non-citizens and people already registered to vote.
Brenda Charlston wasn’t the only person to get documents for her pet: A Virginia man said similar documents arrived for his dead dog, Mozart, while a woman in the state got forms for her cat, Scampers.
“On a serious note, I think it’s tampering with our voting system,” Charlston said. “They’re fishing for votes: That’s how I view it.”
Obama wants to trace the movement of farm animals but not illegal aliens; he wants to ID every farm animal to protect the public health but does not want to ID voters to protect the integrity of elections.

I think everyone is missing something in our Constitution;
According to the United States Constitution;
Article II Section 1
5 No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
The term; “at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution” would indicate that the framers of this document new that at that time it would be almost impossible to find a person that was born to two citizens of the United States. After a period of time it would require that both parents would have to be citizens of the United States.
I do not believe that the framers of our Constitution would have allowed two or even one foreigner to come to the United States of America and have a raise him or her to potentially infiltrate our country as a Marxist. To protect America from this possibility the framers of our Constitution intended that after a certain amount of time passed both parents would have to be citizens of the United States. Obama’s father was not an American citizen, and for this reason Obama is not qualified to be POTUS

That may be well and good for the average citizen but we're talking about Constitutional requirements for proof of citizenship

If Obama survives what is sure to be a big time attempt by Al Qaida to get revenge for OBL once he leaves office despite all the Chicago thug bodyguards with which he will no doubt surround himself and his family for personal protection then he will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts because he will no longer have the power of the presidency to intimidate and keep at arms length his legal adversaries. That is not to say that his thugs will not try to strong arm and threaten with violence anyone who opposes him, they will, but it won't ultimately stop the search for and discovery of the truth and judgement for BHO. The oil available here in United States proves that liberalism is a mental disorder. For over 40 years we have heard every administration claim that obtaining energy independence is a top priority. Why do we continue to import oil from a long list of countries that hate us when there is more than enough here?
According to the Institute for Energy Research, we have more than 1.4 trillion barrels of oil that is technically recoverable in the United States with existing technology. The largest deposits are located offshore, in portions of Alaska and in shale deposits in the Rocky Mountain states. So the United States has more recoverable oil than the rest of the non-North American world combined. The Heritage Foundation says this is enough to fuel every passenger car in the nation for 430 years. Therefore, “it is merely semantics –not a scientific assessment of what America has the capacity to produce –that allows critics to claim repeatedly that America is running out of energy.”
For overblown and in some cases completely fabricated environmental concerns, Obama is preventing us from greatly expanding the pie of our oil reserves, from offshore drilling to Alaska to Keystone to fracking, and at the same time throwing government money down the ratholes of projects that aren’t sound and economically prudent enough to warrant substantial private investment dollars.
He’s told us he wants to bankrupt the coal industry, get us out of gas-driven cars and into electrical clunkers and onto bike paths, and increase the price of gas.
Why don’t we believe him?

Don't expect President Barack Obama to try to reinvent himself next week at the Democratic Party's national convention. It was bad enough, two years ago, that Defense Secretary Robert Gates called fringe Florida pastor Terry Jones to ask him not to burn copies of the Koran, or last week, that chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Martin Dempsey took his turn to call Jones to ask him to stop publicizing a YouTube video, The Innocence of Muslims. But then on Friday, White House spokesman Jay Carney told the world that the violent protests in Cairo and Benghazi and elsewhere were a response not to United States policy, and not obviously the administration or the American people, but were in response to a video, a film we have judged to be reprehensible and disgusting. Carney repeated the point for emphasis: This is not a case of protests directed at the United States at large or at U.S. policy, but in response to a video that is offensive to Muslims.
Carneys comments lie outside the range of plausible spin, even by Obama administration standards, and if his bosses believe themas we fear they doare simply delusional. But they are not without consequence. Nor are Gatess and Dempseys phone calls. They all send the message to Americas enemies that if you kill our diplomats and lay siege to the our embassies, the first move the American government will make is to denounce ... Americans. Our leaders apparently believe that the way to protect Americans from extremists and terrorists abroad is to tell other Americans to shut up.
Whats next? Where does it go from here? There are more than 300 million ways in which Americans expressing themselves might give offense to those who make it their business to be offended. Maybe its some other film, maybe its a book or even just a tossed-off phrase that our enemies might seize on to galvanize support for their causes. Is the White House going to put every American crank on speed-dial so it can tell them to shut up whenever a mob gathers outside a U.S. embassy or consulate?
Does the Obama arsehole REALLY believe these attacks are NOT against the United States?

This is such a joke. Frankly, everything been skewed or speculated about, I have no idea what the hell is going on. Good luck finding jurors that have heard nothing about this story.Since the media has done such a great job of covering this, in order to get a "fair and impartial jury" they are going to have to move the trial to Mars.
There are good and bad people in the color spectrum. And until all the facts come to light it's unfair to assume what happened between Martin and Zimmerman. But what is also unfair is for those in the black community (those who are prone to hair-trigger tempers) to immediately intimidate and accuse any one else (primarily those of the white community) of racism anytime something is said. Enough already!
The purpose of bail is not to punish... it's simply to assure the accused will show up in court. If they do, they get it all back. The constitution guarantees reasonable bail... which is determined by many factors including accused's financial means, risk of flight, strength of the states case and seriousness of the crime they are accused of.
Even if she could have been completely impartial, judges have to avoid even the appearance of impropriety. If only the media would recuse itself from this case!!!!

Looks like that shooting in Florida was justifed...
I'm thinking they arrested the shooter and charged him with 2nd degree murder (which he will NEVER be convicted of) just to keep rioters from getting crazy.

People often ask why fighting Walmart is such a big deal. After all, new businesses mean new jobs, right? And Walmart's jobs could be beneficial to struggling low-income residents, right?
Unfortunately, the reality is that Walmart spells nothing but bad news for America's major urban areas. Walmart is the major crime magnet. If Walmart were such a strong community supporter, then why do they do nothing to step up safety at their store?
The Truth. Whenever someone speaks out against Wal-Mart, as many residents have, they are labeled a "small group" of one sort or another by Wal-Mart, which apparently only represents it's own large interests, like their stockholders.
In addition to all this, this store, if built, would be totally the wrong scale for this community, and of a style incompatible with the architecture in the area. Such overdevelopment could ruin the longer-term financial strength of the tourist trade there.
And beyond neighborhood issues, Wal-Mart has been drawing fire for other practices, including the treatment of its workers and its contribution to the outflow of U.S. jobs to Asia.
Wal-Mart has a history of employee abuses. To (supposedly) protect against employee theft, many Wal-Mart store managers until recently kept the overnight workers locked in, unable to get emergency help quickly for injuries or sickness, the New York Times reported last month.
In addition, There have been stories and lawsuits alleging Wal-Mart managers force employees to work off the clock to avoid overtime pay. These issues, along with low wages and little or no benefits, encourages union organizing.
Then there is the matter of squeezing suppliers and contributing to the national trade deficit and the loss of U.S. jobs. As the world's No. 1 retailer bent on constantly lowering prices, Wal-Mart muscles its suppliers to drop their costs, pushing manufacturing jobs out of this country and into low-wage ones.
In closing, Wal-Mart has total disregard for any community they go into! Cheap mementos aren't worth the journey!!!

How many times have you heard of an armed policeman stopping a crime in progress? Almost never. Police spend most of their time attempting to apprehend a criminal "after" they have committed their crimes. Although I admire the work that the police do, this knowledge provides me with little comfort. I am absolutely sure that if there were more qualified people carrying firearms, the safer we would all be. In England, during the recent riots where thousands of anarchists were roaming the streets and breaking into homes to destroy people and their property, homeowners were frantically looking for baseball bats, or pipes to defend themselves and their families. Police were powerless to provide any security to these poor people.
