Gym Time

Ok so this week I started off at the gym - have a personal trainer and so he started slow - after 5 minutes on the cross trainer my legs felt like jellly -
Man if im gonna lose a few what a way to do it, we then proceeded to do some weights for 10 minutes or so then proceed to do some squats where you are laying flat and have to lift you whole body - my abs wil be flat if i keep that excercise up - but hay nothing beats a great romp and working all the muscles heheh, ladies do you agree???
But after al that the gym is well worth it - I look forward to being fit in no time and man will feel good for it

Hey all bloggers
I have been not bloggin gofr a while and thought well it is the start of the new year and to start something fresh.
I have started my new year great - I have kept to my new years resolution and joined the gym - So as of monday next week look out = hopefully the start to getting my 6 pack back heheh
Keep a watch out I may even put some new hotos up when results are happening hopefully - have to keep postivie and this is the first step.
Not much else has been happening around here - hope to keep blogging some more but it may oly be once a week who knows --- I have made a few changes in my activirtties after work - I no longer bowl twice a week now - only once. I have the gym now once a week but they wil change to twice a week after my first term of teaching has finsihed.
I just dont love teaching like I used to - so decised to pull the pin. Taking up golf more now a days so playing with another shaft n balls hhehehe, n depending on which shaft depends on how stiff hehhehe
Anyway on that note better go do something around the house

Hey Bloggers
For those who live in Australia know of our big telecommunicatins Giant. I wasted 6 hours of my day yeterday waiting for a techinican to turn up - only for them to not turn up.
When i re rang telstra to find out what was happening I was told they found a problem earlier in the week and they advised me dont ring people who may have been affected by the issue. I was so ropable it is not funny. I had told them on the first instance there was an issue with the internet in the area aas I had a technician out preoviously, but who am i to tell the big T of known issues.
I then askedto get a copy of my account log (ie what they had reported against me as my issues). After another 3 minutes waiting on the phone the operator advised me that it wold cost me another $30 to get it sent. what about highway robbery
Anyhway I am goign to be taking this higher ie to the telecommunicatins Ombudsman as this is total annoyance.
Id like to hear from others if they experienced the same thing.

Its now thw weekend - I have just gottenhome from golf. it was my birthday today and had to work. the wether is lovely and clear even though the Mossies are starting to cum out at golf wrrr

Just thought id put something else back on here. Have been busy with work and havent had a chance to get back on here
How is everyone?? The weather down under is at present looovely, it is typical aussie wether nice n sunshine.
I am still working hard as always been bowling and golf so playing with my Shaft and balls, id prefer my other shaft and balls to be played with any offers????

Finally had a chance to put something back on here - have been out n about and no time to do anything. Weather here is nice n fine - have been raining for a few days but no rain where we need it near the dams - so we are stil on water restrictions and probably will be for quitre some time.
Im hoping to buy a saverage water tank so whn it rains here at least I will be doing my bit for saving water.
Well must go all have things to do

hey all
Is thre anyone out there that loves bolwing and if so do you play often? Its Thursday night and Im leaving another blog - not sure if its me but why is it when NoStrings says someone is online that they may actuall ynot be online - i mena they were online but the system does not clear their connection???
Ive had a friend who I have been emailing and she has been real sweet to me and the system says she is online but I have emailed her and o no response. Frustrates me becuse we havent chatting online properly since our first meet and I reallly really want to catch up with her. Anyway I hope she reads my blog and that we can catch up soon
Anyway Im off to bolwing all so will talk to you all soon

Ok all for those on the East side of the Land Downunder its State or Origin Number 2, Qld Vs NSW at present the score is not good for NSW but anything is possible in this game
Bring it on I say - QLD need a good kick up the bum. Maybe paintig "Wally" did them some good.
On the other Side maybe te bookies have better odds who knows with this game as NSW have won the last few years.

Good evening all -
I had put a blog on here earlier but alas for some reason ut had not save so hr is my blog again.
Its raining here in Bris Vegas Yes we need it but our dams are not getting enough. With al this talk of Desalisation of water why has it taken australia so long to get in on the act. Why did our politicians take so long to enforce Water restrictions.
Anyway enough whining for one day - its a loong weekend here in Autralia - well most of Australia for the Queens birthday weekend. I have had an extra loong weekend - took a coupl eof days of earlier so having a nice 5 day weekend.
