CNN's Jane Velez-Mitchell has written a book called "Addict Nation". While I'm an avid reader, I haven't read this one and may or may not. However I caught Jane on CNN today talking about her book and very specifically talking about mens' addiction to porn.
She said that watching porn is killing the intimacy in the bedroom. And that women who are watching porn with their partners are "enabling" the partners' addiction. In her interview, Jane implied that women didn't want to watch porn.
I watch porn with my husband. And I watch it by myself. We talk about porn, what we like and don't like. It doesn't consume us and we don't watch it every time. But it definitely DOES enhance our sexy time! It does the same for us as being in a sex club...there's just something liberating about being in the presence of open, uninhibited sex.
I also know MANY women who are the same! It was so disappointing to hear Ms. Velez-Mitchell speak so vehemently on a topic she obviously didn't research thoroughly.

We decided to go to New Horizons on a "what the hell" idea. P had been to the Ace before and J had never been to a Lifestyle Club. We got there and it was nothing short of a fantasy. We are going again on Memorial Day for the weekend and would love to have others meet or go with us.
