There will always be fights and peeps throwing their toys out of the pram in the blogs . Call it what you like , but some times is better than a soap opera ! Not that it makes it actually better , it is never nice to see people falling out with ex friends for whatever reason .
So what do you make of it ?

Now on a more serious note...
Are your friends friends your friends too ? Wishful thinking but not necessarily the truth for everyone . It would of been nice but it doesn't happen many times , tho it is quite possible .
As for me , in here , or in real life ,for my friends sake , I promise to be polite and show respect to their friends , even if they don't happen to be my friends . What about you ?

Yesterday it was a long day for me at work . After finishing up in one house I went to the next one , could not get on because it was not ready as the man who was there before me was pulled to another job . So went back and got another one , could not get on because others were still working on it , third time lucky I went back again and got yet another one . By the time I was on my way it was already rush hour so it took me ages to get there and it was on the 3rd floor of a block of flats , so took me ages again to unload . On the way back home I went a different way , meaning to pop in a shop and get some mushrooms and cream to cook the left over chicken from last nights dinner . A couple of miles from home as I stopped on a red light I looked across the road and seen these two ,scantily dressed . I thought I recognized one of them . Driving by slowly I seen my young ! They were on the way to catch a train to go clubbing . She already had told me one of her friends mom would be giving them a lift in . Apparently that friend canceled in the last minute ! So I said jump in , and I will take you there . On the way there they sat in the back and hardly exchanged a word . I could almost smell their guilt !
I asked them a couple of times if they were sure it was an under 16,s night and not under 18,s and they told me under 16,s.
There was a queue as we arrived at the club . More scantily dressed little girls . I asked one of the doormen what night it was and he replied : It is an under 18,s !
Meaningless to say I got them back in the car and drove them home , dropping the friend at hers ! And from now on I will have to be checking myself about the where and when and what for sort of thing every time she wants to go out !
My little one is almost 14 but that means she is still 13 yo ! I thought to be mingling with 18 y old,s was a bit much . Would you done the same with yours at that age or just let her get on with it ?

Neighbors...nice to be nice ?

Last Thursday I was working at the same empty house I am today . I had to deliver some materials here and go to another job . Just one minute after I parked an old lady , the crooked bitch kind , came out telling me that I could not park there , in front of her fenced garden as she was waiting for a delivery . Because this is a narrow street all cars park half way on to the pavement and there was no other space available . I said I would be 5 minutes only and be gone . All I had to do was drop a few boxes of tiles on the job so they were there for me today . Returning to the van to take another couple of boxes she was still there giving me dirty looks and said , can you move it now ? There was no delivery van on sight , just her and her rotten mood . Anyway , I said , look I will move in 5 minutes when I finished unloading . When I was leaving she was still giving me the dirty looks !
Old unhappy bitch I thought and drove away .
I got to work early today and as I was getting some tools from the van the next door neighbor came out , on the other side of the crooked bitch ,looked at the open door and said I thought you were breaking in . I replied I was the thief who does the tiling as well . We had a giggle and went our way . After a quick cup of coffee I started tiling . I realize it is a Sunday and do not make any noise at all until about half past nine . Then after that I make some noise for about ten minutes as I am cutting the marked tiles for the sockets in the kitchen . Just after 10 this morning there was a knock on the door . I started thinking oh no crooked bitch is about . I opened the door and there was the next door neighbor , the nice one with a cup of tea for me !!!
Fancy a cuppa he said !
Though I have a flask full of coffee with me I could not resist his offer . I thought that was so nice and thoughtful of him . Little gestures like that always take my breath away .
Have you any real nice neighbors where you live ?
Or are they neighbors from hell ?

After seeing H. this morning I went to a nearby supermarket to get some breakfast before I got back home.He rang me about 30 minutes later informing me about the cost of the MOT and the service .Nothing less that a whopping 950.00 £ !!!
OUCH my dear friend H.
That did hurt !
Oh well,it gives me another year on the road I suppose,so it is not too bad really .The pain is all to do with it been so near to Christmas .looks like I will have to work for most of the weekends from now on.Thankful the work is there anyhow,to help pay for everything!
So I thought I shall keep with the theme of the day,shafting and stuffing and I am cooking another one of my all time favorite dishes tonight,stuffed peppers with rice,mince,coriander ,sun dried tomatoes ,feta cheese and a bit of Fleurie red wine thrown in for a good measure.Oh and the roast potatoes with goose fat !My other and her boyfriend are coming later too.

I had to go and meet the teachers yesterday . Had to take some time off work and go to be told off about my daughters behavior !
I arrived at the school and met her teacher and the deputy head . I was told how my does not comply with school regulations concerning her uniform and appearance . I had not much to say as I was thinking that as she been in that school for a year now , she should be well aware to what is allowed and what is not . I was also told that one day last week she was late and somehow made another late as well !
I did mention that the other has her own parents and teachers to teach her what is right and wrong and as we still do not know what went on my should not get the blame automatically.
Then I said how strange I found it ,that a couple of months ago her behavior was excellent (as told by another teacher to my ex,when she requested a report)and now her behavior is at the other side of the scale.She said to me that the other teacher does not recall that phone call.So I asked if '' I don't remember means it has not happened '' ???
Then I said that my girl thought she was been singled out and picked on . I mentioned that I always tell her that teachers are unbiased professionals and do not pick on without a reason and then asked for the teacher to reassure me ! Fat chance !
Then teacher pointed to girls trousers and said these are not allowed as they are hipsters and not what the school allows.My gal said but miss there are other wearing exactly the same , from the same shop to which the teacher replied I am only responsible for my own tutor group.
That was it ! I do not miss an opportunity like that ! I said that if I was attending the same school I would be wearing those , for as long as others were allowed to get away with it . I did ask if the policy was applied to the whole school,and was again told that each teacher is only responsible for their own tutor group ,which I understand.I mentioned that while in the playground mixing with each other , or on the way to or from school the ,been ,apply the ''mine is bigger than yours'' kind of thing !
I also happen to understand that if a rule is applied in different ways to different , that screams out ,unfairness, and discrimination !
You should of seen her face when I mentioned that the next time it will be me requesting a meeting with the head master to examine exactly how the same rules apply to just some of the while for others is a whole different story.
I am not surprised my felt been picked on and of course reacting to that by answering back and what not.
So I ungrounded her and gave her a tenner to go out today !
I always knew she is a great !
If you have a , and they are repeatedly reported and given detention, have you ever asked if the rules are followed by everyone at school ?Something to mention maybe the next time you are asked to attend such a meeting.
Dumb teachers beware,if the floor is dirty I will be wiping it with you the next time !
