A friend of mine is getting a divorce and asked me, “How do have a committed relationship if you are sleeping with others.”
As relationships come and go in our lives, the question made me think about what commitment means in today’s age. Does commitment mean moving in together or is just saying you’re my girl friend enough. When does commitment take on a new life when different stages of the relationship change? How is one committed in a poly relationship, a D/s relationship, and even FWB relationship?
