Its been about 6 months since the last blog posting. We have continued to practice social distancing and wearing masks in public areas even though we both have been vaccinated. It has been distressing to see the COVID-19 pandemic dragging on due to the variants and the resistance of many people in getting vaccinated. It is sad that the pandemic has been politicized and the mess that has become of this health crisis.
We are fortunate to have stayed healthy, been able to work without any issues, and to try to regain some normalcy while the pandemic drags on.
I look forward to connecting with others here on NoStrings!

Vaccine Experience #2

This is an update after getting vaccination #2:
After getting the vaccination we both experienced the expected achy joints, some discomfort at the injection site, and the typical feeling of an impending fever (neither of us ended up being feverish). We avoided taking anything (aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen) for the achy joints as this would have only reduced the immune response from the vaccination. The goal is to get an immune response, especially after the 2nd vaccination to provide the best possible protection again COVID-.
Now that we have been vaccinated, we are still following social distancing and wearing masks when leaving the house and being around other people. As more people are vaccinated the of getting infected should decrease and hopefully it will be safe to be around others without the of spreading the infection.
Being a healthcare provider, I follow precautions from being exposed to infections on a daily basis so it has become second nature. Taking precautions to being exposed to infections when deciding to be intimate with others is also second nature.
Likewise, taking precautions when meeting others is also second nature, so when we make a decision to meet others it will always be in a public place to provide safety for all and allow time to get acquainted. The goal is to make some new friends who share the desire to explore sexuality and to enjoy some hot and erotic experiences. All of the social distancing and restriction of our usual activities of going to cultural events, fairs, festivals, etc. has been a frustrating and I look forward to when we are able to get out of the house more to enjoy some of our interests.
Out of all of the anxiety and sadness from the impact of the pandemic has provided a situation where increasing desire and pent-up urges have reached the point where it will be so satisfying for it to be released! I expect others are feeling the same way and we look forward to making some connections and seeing just how it will feel the anticipation and the release!

Vaccine Experience

We both received 1st COVID-19 vaccination and other than some expected soreness at the injection site, there were no noticeable side effects from the vaccine. I am hopeful that the ramp in vaccination efforts will be successful in pushing infection rate down and we can see much less threat from virus.
I think a good idea for everyone here on NoStrings indicate in their profile something about their COVID-19 status, including vaccination status. Being healthcare professionals, we are exercising more strict precautions on being around others, including our family, thus please don't be offended when I ask about your health status. I'm sure you can appreciate our efforts in protecting career and livelihood while entertaining connecting with others here on NoStrings.
I, the male of the couple, is the primary user of the site, but any decision meet others will be a mutual decision as a couple. Being restricted in our usual routines of getting out festivals and other events has been frustrating. Although, there has been a benefit of enjoying more intimacy and entertaining urges in considering adding others for some time. Doing so much better when building a friendship outside of bedroom and then letting things go from there.

Pandemic Dragging On and Vaccine

I hope everyone who reads this blog posting is staying safe and well with the pandemic dragging on into 2021. I have been on and off NoStrings more as a distraction of late to get away from the reality of the pandemic. We have limited our travels and visiting with family occasionally as we wait to see the infection rate dropping. Unfortunately, my expectations for the Holidays was correct with rising infections. Hopefully with the vaccine becoming available and as more people are vaccinated the infection rate will drop. We are getting vaccinated to provide protection for ourselves and our family and friends. I will post follow-ups as to any issues or side effects we experience with the vaccine as this may be helpful for anyone reading this blog to have some first-hand experience of getting the vaccine.
I look forward to the point where we feel safe to meet some of our NoStrings friends. I have been remiss in following-up with messages and sending messages to initiate contact. Part of this has been because of not having enough quality time to spend on here and also with being overly cautious. I apologize if anyone has been frustrated or offended by my lack of responsiveness.

Pandemic challenges

It doesn't look like COVID-19 is going away anytime soon and my expectation is we will have some challenging times as we go through flu season. We continue to remain cautious and practice social distancing along with wearing face masks when we venture out into public areas.
We apologize for any delays in replying to messages and will strive to do better and to catch up with replies. Between work and finding lots of tasks to do around the house to get our minds off of the pandemic, our online time waxes and wanes.
We look forward to continuing to connect with others on NoStrings and get acquainted as we ride out the pandemic.

It is nice have more time be able log on and reply messages, etc. Even though it looks like COVID-19 will be an issue for the foreseeable future, it will be nice make some connections and get acquainted with others here on NoStrings. I apologize if I have been slow reply as my time has been limited and using a tablet access the site has some limitations, especially with replying messages and IMs
I hope everyone is staying safe and well. It seems quarantining at home and not getting out much has been frustrating, but also creating some pent up urges! The mind wanders and of course erotic thoughts and situations are a welcome escape from the reality of COVID-19, rioting, and the general erosion of our society. Hopefully things will settle down soon as I am so looking forward taking some day trips explore and have some fun.

This pandemic is going to be with us for a while and social distancing is the norm for the foreseeable future. I hope everyone who views this blog posting is well and staying safe. So, online chats and connecting for now and hopefully some connections will be made. I look forward to when it will be safe to get back to some normalcy. We may be slow to respond due to busy work times. We look forward to connecting and enjoying getting to know some folks until when a real life connection can be made.

Containing the spread of COVID-19 is going be a painful process as the social isolation and taking precautions by good hygiene are the only ways stop this horrible virus. Thus, for the foreseeable future we will not be meeting anyone, but it presents an opportunity to get acquainted online u til such time as meeting would be possible.
Our time on here is in short bursts and we will respond to messages when we can, so please be patient if you contact us.

I'm not sure if our status update is showing correctly, so I wanted post an update here on the blog with our status as of today.
Nothing has changed with interests and connections made here on NoStrings, but due to the coronavirus situation there will be less time available to log onto the site and connect with others due to our healthcare wor Once the pandemic situation has resolved and there is more time log onto the site, we look forward to continuing to connect with others to get acquainted, etc.
Be sure to be safe by following the CDC recommendations on limiting potential exposure to COVID-19 and following good hygiene with handwashing and avoiding touching your face without washing your hands.
We hope all of our NoStrings friends will remain well and not get infected with COVID-19, but remember if you do that there are CDC/local health department recommendations on quarantining at home and riding out the virus symptoms. In the event you have severe respiratory symptoms, then seek medical attention. Part of the problem with this particular virus is the rapid spread and all of the efforts made to close public venues and limiting travel will serve to reduce the high infection rate so it is not such a burden to the healthcare system as the sickest persons need life-saving care.
