Well due to the increased indian variant where you live i would opt for somewhere outside if you had to meet but in normal times i would feel safer in a cafe rather than a pub,but make sure there are more than one exit if the date turns sour

That would depend on the circumstances. If your just meeting for sex, anywhere, If your meeting to get to know them first. someplace public where all feel comfortable.

I've talked with members here enought to meet in public then off to a hotel. We knew what we wanted but ild would like to meet at a bar or pub hot relax talk if it goes father we walk out if not I sit a have a few more drink maybe I'll still get lucky at closing time

This hard to answer as there is no single best place. My favorite is a gangbang. Anyone I meet there will be like minded. Cafés, dinner dates, and pubs work well, as do coffee shops. Online is a good place to start, too. I just have to follow through in one of the above places.
