 I don't believe anyone would say what you suggested, but I'm sure a few have suggested he fuck you doggy-style! I completely agree though, don't come in if you're not going to say Hi! Because of my background in sports broadcasting, I am often asked by couples to provide a commentary on the bedroom action taking place via their webcam with other viewers chipping in with a bit of punditry. Much more communal and inclusive.

I even do half time interviews with the breathless couple asking for their thoughts on the first half and any changes to tactics for the second half.
