Ahhh Valentine's Day.....

So today is the official day to show your love and appreciation to someone special, but shouldn't that be every day lol. So off the the store to flowers, try to find that perfect card (not an easy task as the card selection seems the get crappier each year) and/or chocolates.

some this just becomes a task (well I guess I have to do this) and others a thoughtful process trying their best to find that perfect bouquet or versed card. Regardless, you may just brighten the day someone which makes it worth while.

Has Valentine's Day become a task you or a thoughtful process?

Do you stick to the old stand of roses, chocolates or dinner or are you going a different route....and if so what?

Happy Valentine's Day, hope its a good one all!

Why not show your love and appreciation all year long?

I'm not a fan of Valentine's Day. I like to celebrate it on a random, surprise day, or treat it like a joke. I think last time I got something a gift for Valentine's, it was a cactus

My friend bought me a dozen roses last year. This year he gave me a priceless gift...his time. We have both been struggling to find clarity in our relationships with other friends lately. He invited me to come visit him and stay over last night. Great sex, heartfelt conversation, a sweet good night kiss and bedtime snuggles and this morning, he asked me if I would be his Valentine. The gift of true friendship is rare. That is love with no fear.

That's the best gift - from the heart. Best of luck to you both!

It was, and when you find someone who appreciates you for who you are and treats you as an equal with equal respect you hold on!
