Hormone supplements, week one.
Hi al. Just wante4d to give a quick update to those who might be following. Week 1 of hormone supplements is over and the results are encouraging. Noticing a bit of roundness forming on the underside of my chest and have lost 8 pounds!! Didn't expect that part. Don't feel any different, but have noticed in the past few days I have been constantly having to pull up my pants as they want to fall off me. Maybe I'm just thinking about it and it's a placebo effect.

Who knows, we shall see what week 2 brings
