A few people who've become close friends in real life? Check Quite a few acquaintances whom I keep in regular touch with and look forward to seeing in real life when I travel to their city again? Check A handful of lovers over the years who've taught me all kinds of wonderful things in and out of the bedroom? Check A double handful of fun dates that didn't go anywhere but were enjoyable company for a few hours? Check Yup, I'd say I've been wildly successful here!

Hmmmm I've met a few over the years.... some I still chat to, some I hope I never see again,,, and probably won't  , some who want to meet again after ghosting me  I did me my ex on here,, that lasted 10 years.. most of it pretty shit So I guess it's a bit hit and miss

I put kinda. Initially - yes -wildly, but the place has definitely slackened of late. Not sure if it is (incorrect) assumptions ladies make given my age, or if the pool is just fished out, or what. It depends on your definition of successful. Have I met new people and made new friends- YES. Have I had sex with new people? YES Have I found a long term hook up- NO

Had some success. Went a year meeting up with someone regularly before she called an end to it. So if that one year out of the fifteen or so years I've been on here counts as a success, then yes.

Aaahhh no luck yet in physically meeting someone. Been close a few times so that's what keeps me going...the thrill of the hunt/chase. Plus I have met through correspondence and become friends with some tremendous Women. That is plus/benefit that I never even saw coming my way. [post 4262063]

I'll say kinda. Met a few I had sex with. Met a few I would not have sex with. A hell of a lot of effort with very little results.

I'm not really looking to meet anyone from here. I use it mainly for the blogs and as a time waster. Plus the women I'd be interested in are hundreds of miles away.

I have chatted (a lot) but when it was time to go f2f got ghosted. Very frustrating. Much more difficult in here for a straight guy.

maybe once every year and half or so get lucky but mostly just a lot of fakes flakes and women who just want attention without ever truly planning to meet

I have cyber met people mostly . . . most of the women with whom I seem to share a mutual connection seem to all live on the far side of mountains or oceans if not both, I have met a few local women and they have been fine people just not someone that I am attracted to. Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.
