 From the female perspective: I took the time to go read your profile
1. Change the opening salvo that is by your dic pic. Telling folks you are looking for longterm FWB leads people to feel you are attached/married and cheating
2. Change the photo. All the females on here are truly sick of dick picks where it all hangs nout. We have more substance than that. At least pull up some jeans and leave the zipper down so we can imagine what it hiding.
3. Do nor rely in this IM to set things up- it is very fickle
4. Get a blog mail box so you can have private email since you are a standard member. My blog has one
5. If you are self-employed why do you work at midnight? Maybe consider telling what you do
6. Go back and see how many more Q&A you can fill in

I agree, also why have a pic of you or someone licking pussy?.... most women would assume you already have someone so would probably not be interested. (There was a blog on pics of men having sex on their profiles, it was deemed a BIG tum off)
Explain the midnight thing.... a lot of women work during the day, so you're immediately narrowing your field.
You have only been a member 6 weeks... some men are on here months even years without a meet.!

 good point re non viewing of profiles by standard members, awful policy, if some one contacts me i should be able to view their profile only , its much fairer
