Lady next door

I know she does it just to tease me. She hangs her panties out to dry in the sun. Nothing else, just her panties. She's a very lovely lady. 60 years old, 5'4" about 130-140lbs. She always has a smile and hello when we see each other. I'm hoping one day the wind will blow a pair of her panties over into my yard so I can return them.

 That is the question: Does she know your interest? I agree with the comment about you hanging out some of your panties so she sees them. Or, just ask her why she hangs out her panties and not other items. No bras, for exmple. You might like the results if she knows. I wish you well.
