Good morning Ali, never having implants I could not speak to the sensitivity aspect or anything along those lines. Also never having handled enlarged breasts I cannot speak to how they feel. What I can and will tell you, is from your pictures you have nice breasts. There is nothing wrong with them, be proud. If you want to go larger DD's are great to play with. Yes as a man I love curves, big boobs and a nice arse. So if you went bigger I'd enjoy seeing your pictures, and I'm sure whomever you are with will enjoy playing with them, ducking them, and fucking them. I know I would. Everyone is different. Personally I prefer small tits. Some implants end up looking more like flotation devices.

It is your decision but your breasts look lovely now. More is not always better and bigger can make for an unbalanced and less pleasing shape. I have also heard too many large breasted women complain about the weight and inconvenience of Ds and larger. If you see me in the real world, come say "Hi Justskin." I always behave. Preferably not well.

Well they are indeed yours, so consider "all" the positive and negative possibilities and don't forget the "age factor", that will surely play a role in time. I think that they look wonderful, I also imagine that they feel wonderful too? They look very sensual and If they are very sensitive now and provide you will pleasures and enjoyment as they are, well I would cherish them. But alas, they are yours and "you" are the most important person in your life! ENJOY You!

Doesn't matter about the size, I prefer the natural look and feel. And don't implants have a finite life? So after ten years or so you need to get them removed or replaced, which is more surgery? But they don't belong to me and it's not me that has to live with them so perhaps my opinions on the subject amount to nothing.

C tits are nice - as you say DDs are twice as nice - sometimes. A rather petite friend of mine has a nice set of Ds she is quite proud of - ADORES showing them off / having them played with - and I certainly am willing to do my part in engaging her in that pursuit!! As you can see, opinions vary. There is no one right answer to this question. Part of the answer is how you preceive yourself and whether you are happy with what you see. Part of it is how others preceive you and whether that matters to you. Part of it is the risks of the surgery and what benefits you want from it. ( I say "want" because no one can say for certain what the benefits will be in the long run. ) Does one outweigh the other? . I've had some conversations with many women about this question. One of the more common reasons I hear is that the women think it will make them sexier. But sexy is more attitude than appearance. For others it is about appearing more appealing, but this also more about their self-image. . Look, I'm not saying you should or shouldn't. I'm a stranger and my opinion does not matter. What I am suggesting is ask yourself "why?" Why get the surgery? One you have a clear reason, as objectively as possible, evaluate the merits the reason or reasons. Hopefully, this process will get you close to resolving your delemma. One final note, when speaking to your doctor, particularly if she or he is also your surgeon, keep one piece of advice in mind: never ask a barber if you need a hair cut. . Wow, I’m impressed by these responses! Love the open mindedness from all of you. Thank you so much. I was actually out at a bar tonight (wearing a low cut top) and several people asked if my breasts were real. They still are for now but the fact men already think they’re done kind of made me second guess whether i should get implants. We’ll see, I’ll keep everyone posted xoxo

Implants are nice to look at (When done right) but they just aren't as fun to play with, for me anyway. It is true about the loss of sensitivity. I hope that you do weigh out all of the pros and cons and make a decision that you are happiest with. Best of luck to you in that
