Gold ð vs Standard Membership... The Difference... Will Shock You ðē I've been both a Goldð... and a Standard member - here on A F F . I enjoy each , for different reasons. However there are differences. What are they? I asked members, their opinions and thoughts. I then massaged all those points of view and gently compressed them for you, in a succinct review. .  .  . Other than THAT ; Goldð and Standard Memberships are identical . I become Gold ð for a while and then I drop it. I change it up, depending on my mood... and the time of the year or month. There's a heck of a lot more fun with Gold. I think it's easier to hook up if you have Gold. Although I've had success without it as well. Perhaps... it's a personal thing. I agree not much difference between the two. I got more action as a standard member than a gold to be honest

I've always and only had Gold...........with how the system has changed over the yrs, I know that standards have no freedom at all to do anything without earning or buying points.or asking for points from women.

Your analogy is valid. Gold does provide freedom and advantages that 'standard' members miss out on. I don't take the crown for granted, although it does lose its luster occasionally.

I've been around so long that I remember the days when they had an intermediate "Silver" membership. I don't remember exactly what was different - probably there was a limit on the number of emails you could send in a month, which was not a problem for me. The main reason I popped for it was for the convenience of being able to see "Where I'm Quoted" (that was only available to Gold and Silver in those days). Not long after that they introduced Icebreaker and I've taken advantage of that since then. Back when the chat rooms were more active, I think a lot of standard members got to know people there. And we would occasionally organize in person meet and greets at a bar, where you could have a chance to chat up the folks you'd been chatting with online. The site did not like that we had figured out that workaround - not.one.bit. If someone got caught announcing meet and greet details too often in the chat room, they'd get suspended.

Good description of Gold and Standard memberships the only difference with gold is you get all the perks. I could never be standard here, the day that happens that's the day I am gone. I hope you enjoy your weekend.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
