Our Culture of Violence
Like most Americans, I've spent a lot of time since last Wednesday thinking about the epidemic of school shootings in our country. There have been 18 school shootings since the beginning of 2018. When you count the number of days are at school, you realize that there has been a shooting every other day. One is too many.

It's difficult to have sexy, provocative thoughts when you watch families struggle with emotional trauma. They sent their off to school that day thinking they would come home at the end.

There appears to be a lethal combination of violent movies and video games, mental illness and easy access to killing machines that no one is willing to do anything about. The fact that the FBI had knowledge and failed to act, that they could have stopped this massacre if they weren't otherwise occupied, is a shame.

Our are being murdered in our schools, and while we can moralize all we want about sex, no one ever gets fucked to death.

I don't have a answer. I'm just sickened by the whole thing.

Now, for something that will make you smile, or at least moan...
