An insider's scoop on bisexuality Remember the land where Pinocchio went to with all the other bad boys? It was called Pleasure Island. Walt Disney was brilliant because he understood, even at a very young age, we're curious about Pleasure Island even though we know there's danger. Gallup recently published the American public estimates on average that 23% of Americans are gay or lesbian, little changed from Americans' 25% estimate in 2011, and only slightly higher than separate 2002 estimates of the gay and lesbian population. And while 35% of Americans favored legalized same-sex marriage in 1999, 60% favor it today. When you really think about it, morality is an important theme to consider about homosexuality. There are six scriptures about homosexuality in the bible; none of which condone the practice. Being cast out of heaven & going to hell for fucking someone of the same sex isn't easy to ignore, right?! But same sex relationships predate written language. MM / FF homosexual relations have been going on for a very long time across civilizations. Social Archaeologists have unearthed evidence of same-sex relations long before the bible was ever written on those scrolls. Disease and mortality are also relevant; especially with the emergence of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases that, at worst, can end your life or permanently alter it. Even in the face of hell and death, we still do it, and if the 3.8% estimate above is true, that means over twelve million Americans are having same-sex relations (320 million est. population). We're horny and we're human and the sexual drive is among the strongest and most primitive of human nature (second only to eating). Sexual drive is a matter of survival of the human species - yes, it's that important and it's a very strong primal motivator. I'm bi-curious, I always have been and yes, I would have sex with another guy (or guys - I prefer two at once actually). We all have our preferences and I'm no different.
