SPORT or HOBBY?

SPORT or HOBBY? Should trolling on Facebook be a sport or hobby? Can it be both or just one at a time? What does one gain from trolling others on Facebook? I was just wandering what everyone's thought were on the subject. I find that people have thoughts in their head and they seem like a good idea "in their head" but when typed in the comment section on Facebook, they sound like that character from In Living Color that would just say big words to make himself appear smart. And then there are just idiots that will shit all over anything because they know they will never meet face to face with those posts that they troll. I imagine that if Facebook Trolling were a real sport and actionable in real life, it would look something like this: random person walking around and just inserting themselves into any group convo and yelling out random shit that is unintelligible and then calling you names and ranting about something completely off topic. Then they would accuse you of being the one who is stupid and without merit. -so now that commercial with the old ladies sitting there trying to figure out Facebook and one says to the other, "I unfriend you" comes to mind. I think I might like to go to the theater to see a play where the actors physically act out on stage what Facebook is like. I would probably piss myself laughing. |

When my kids were younger I used to be on FB... and I enjoyed it. Now that the kids have grown up, I find it annoying. Other than to find out about other people's kids, or someone's political opinion - it doesn't do much for me... Was my understanding that if caught trolling on FB they would ban you for life ! But I got tired of people from who knows where trying to friend me, so I quit FB, and have no regrets at all !

All I ever see is meme's that people take off the internet and place on facebook in order to express their anger or glee or whatever their own brain isn't capable of expressing in their own words and if it's on my page it's fair game. I don't try and herd the disillusioned cattle there to see it my way but rather question their own intelligence on the topics they post! Sadly they can't answer those questions.It's not a sport or a hobby it's just like here, a bad habit! Using more than all the road!

A good troll should appear sympathetic and reasonable, and leave the target trying to figure out why the blood is rushing to their head  Following my advice may cause injury, insanity, financial loss, hemorrhoids, death and superpowers
