 I think it's something other than civility. It makes no sense, right? They seem like nice people, confirm plans, say they're looking forward to it and then ... WTF!

I've experienced this twice. In both instances, the women with whom I had plans were seriously intoxicated when I reached them by phone. They were disoriented, confused and acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. After the first no show, I didn't think anything of it. The second one made me wonder if there's a pattern.

I don't mean to offend those struggling with addiction nor generalize but the behavior of these two women was extremely inconsistent which is why I suspect that alcohol and/or drugs played a role.
Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.

 I'm sorry to hear that north... I certainly could be wrong, however don't believe alcohol or drugs played any role in my 'disappointments'... Guess I expect too much and yes, sometimes the chemistry isn't there and I would only hope, the dude is CIVIL enough to simply state that fact... all the best!
