Yes sometimes we have to go outside our usual comfort zones. The results can be pleasantly surprising and rewarding. It’s one of the reasons when someone asks me, ‘what’s your type’ my response is that each person is unique and offers something different. I look for people I can connect with on different levels: intellectually, emotionally, physically.

I agree... we should explore different things... like when we were younger... we found them interesting... and... what the hell... nothing ventured nothing gained... better to have lost at love than never to have loved at all... although... it can be painful... it still is worth it... I think if we are open... within reason... that we will be able to see those opportunities... sometimes... when I talk with women... I see many opportunities that they didn't see... because their filters were set to "Closed for new opportunities"... and... they didn't see it... and, they wondered why they were only getting hit on by dead people... each of us is unique... and we have something different to offer to others... not always the same thing for a different person... I know that you give yourself an open frame of mind to determine what options are there for you to explore at all levels... perhaps... some day... there will be that chance for us... me... the eternal optimist... hmm...
