A Post Is Just A Post If I post a comment on your blog, guess what? It's not an invitation to hit on me! Here's an unwanted message I received today. Hi Holly, thanks for posting on my blog! I guess i'm probably too old and too married, but I think you look fantastic! I travel a lot with work so maybe we could end up geographically close enough to have some fun? in my favour, I'm in good shape, toned and still good looking! What do you think? Doug Probably too old? Let's see. Are you 26-40 as stated on my profile? No, you're 49. Does it state on my profile that I'm not interested in married men? Yes, it does. Who wants some slimeball who cheats on their wife? Did I ask you to send half-naked pictures of yourself? No. Did you already thank me on your blog for posting, and it should have ended there? Yes! This is the kind of thing, in my opinion, that could potentially put women off posting on blogs. If someone posts on your blog it should end there. If the person who posted on your blog was interested in anything further I'm sure they'd get in touch with you. Don't get me wrong, I know this is how some people get to know each other, that's fine. I've received quite a few emails from fellow bloggers already, all very nice - none of them hitting on me. So, guys, please keep your comments to the blogs. If not, it will likely mean many women will think twice before commenting on your blog and you'll be talking to yourself. Agreed. These guys are pests and he knows he's too old for you and that you're not interested in a married man but he still thinks it's ok to pester you because he wants something knowing you don't! Not cool at all!!

I hear you on that! You are right email is private so the lady could have emailed him immediately if she was interested! No wonder nobody comments on my blogs posts I flirt a lot with the ladies!  And I also know that isn't true  But thank you for your commet! (Odd, I tried three times to "respond" to your comment, but it wouldn't work. Hence the "quote".)
