What are friends???

I have been receiving a ton of friend requests from people. Many of these people don't even say hello. Are we really friends if you never say hi to me?

With that being said, welcome aboard to start a communication and a friendship of any sort. I am not a friend collector and I only add friends that are actually friends in my life. Friendship doesn't mean sexual either, it means friends. I also add some bloggers.

So, if you see that I have not accepted your friend request it is because I don't know why I have received a request for "friends" if you haven't ever chatted with me. If you like my photos etc., say hi. Start a conversation or hot list me.

I have no problem accepted FRIENDS into my network. Have a great day.

 One possible reason for friend requests without any interaction might be the mechanics of the site: at times, it has been possible for a non-paying user to send a friend request (with a few accompanying words), while regular messages have always required paying.

The other possibility is that they're just friend collectors.

In any case, it's silly. Our previous conversation about my occasional visits to Maine might be grounds for a friend request, but I didn't think of it at the time.
