The Paddles
straight line
how the tone
freezes
everyone in the room
momentarily
and eventually
I'm hearing it
or, I heard it
stood watching it
not liking it
feeling it
I hated,
feeling it
so I changed it
and now,
there is life
bloop. a wavy line
this is usual
in my world
he becomes
so comfortable
so assured
so... cement
---with me
I need to
get the paddles
and shock him
and then,
I'm not happy about it
and open the door
for fresh air, recharging.
open to something else
and then, they'll have to live with it
if it comes. or they won't. they can leave.
For they opened the door in the first place.
or they can stay... and mend... grow
I'm just not a floor that will be walked on.
I'm not cement. I'm flesh.

Honey, one thing I always am ----- is well. Even when I'm in tears, crying. I'm good. I see it as a right of passage? I'm a Taoist. Everything balances... with happiness comes the opposite. Tears --- are just toxins escaping the body to purify it. It's a ceremony and a place to grow together and become stronger.. or part, and become stronger. Being sad... at times, is necessary. You only have problems when there is no balance and I ------ am most certainly balanced. and I enjoy ---- every, single, emotion.
