"Horrible bosses".

"Horrible bosses". There was a movie called horrible bosses, not there a horrible bosses two. To everyone that in the work force, we know about horrible bosses! The first horrible boss is, The Buddy: This guy might not be qualified to do anything, he sometimes don't have any skills, but he might be related to someone up top. This guy that got hired to run our organization, he had two businesses that failed. He played golf with one of the big wig and was his buddy. This guy had the intelligences of Curly on the 3 Stooges, Curly might have more intelligences. Nothing got done, because he was scared to make a decision. He would literally hide in his office, when someone would knock he wouldn't answer, after a few minutes, he would stick his head out and when the coast was clear he takes off. When the big wigs want to close an organization, they appointed him as manager. He was the fall guy. It might be nice to make 6 figures, to be a fall guy. The second horrible boss is, The wimp: This guy don't have the respect from his workers, he wants everybody to like him, and everybody takes advantages of him. When he get pissed, and say something, the people in the union tells him they going to grieve him, so he backs down, and they do what they want. He eventually more to another area, once they figured him out, everything starts up again. The third horrible boss is, The user: This person is really smart, and can be a great boss, but selfish. They won't do anything for anyone unless there is something in it for them. They would volunteer their worked to do all kinds of odd jobs, so they can get the pat on the back. I got hired by this manager, he told me, I don't care what you do as long as you make me look good. These types of bosses usually in a area 3 or 4 years, they steadily trying to reach the top. If they move on, and they see you around, they act like they don't know you. The fourth horrible boss is, The power hungry boss! This boss is deadly, a rattle snake! They don't listen, if they do something wrong, they won't admit it. If you piss them off, you will feel their vengeances! They are vindictive, and usually the ones that has connections. They would make life miserable for you, force you to move on. Talk about a huge Ego. They can ruin your career. have you ever work for any "Horrible bosses"? Still on vacation. High of 26c here everyone is getting right into Xmas As for bosses I alway hated those kinds. I told myself if I every did becOme the boss it was leadership by example.
