"What if"?

"What if"? These words come up all the time with people. What if? I went to school and finish my degree. What if? I married Denise instead of Cindy. What if, I didn't get a that girl pregnant at age 17. They say, my whole life would have been different, what if? Who know. there no crystal ball to look into, to see the future. Hell, if there was one I would have had look. We think the unknown is better. But, if we was happy where we was at, we would never mentioned anything about the "what if! I guess most of us not. But if we could go back, would we do anything different? I know if a person rob a bank, they say "what if", they won't do it again. I know for a fact, we do get a second chance! One day when I was young, I was going to do some stupid shit! I pause, and vision what will happen if I got caught, I saw myself going to juvenile court, doing a little time and after that I was going be a bad person, my whole life changed for the worst, for just stealing firecracker and stuff in a train. It was weird, seem like the thoughts was about an hour, but it was only over a minute. I listened to my thoughts! So, my curiosity was killing me, I had a buddy who committed a crime and was in jail, he also was an addict. So a while back, his brother told me he was in jail. So I written him a letter and asked him, did he see what happened before he did the crime, he told me "YES", but he ignored that though, and end up messing up his life. So, we can avoid the "what ifs" . Sometimes we get a warning! So sometimes some "what ifs" are good things. I think about my friend at the time 17yrs being a father, I pregnant a lady when I was 21, I end up marring her, but that "what if" was a blessing! I only have that , I dated women that want , but I guess now I shoot blanks, I'm so fortunate for my one . Sometimes we need to let the "what ifs' go. Sometimes we can't change the choices we made, we got to make the best of them, sometimes it's out of our control. Just make the best out our situation and make the "with ifs" to a "WHAT IS!!!!
