"To be a friend"

"To be a friend" What is a friend? A person you know, like and trust. An acquaintance. A person with whom one is allied in a struggle or cause, a comrade. WOW! This would be a blessing. Do you have friends? I mean real friends? If you go through life and that one person you can call your friend, you are lucky. We have hundreds of acquaintances in our life time. Maybe our expectation of a friend is too high? Maybe mines? Years ago, I went home from the Air Force, I was going to visit my family and my best buddy I knew since I was 9 years old. I left on a Friday afternoon, at this time banks was closed on Saturday, and ATM card didn't exist, this was in the 80s. I was broke, but where I was going, I had money in a bank, that I could get money from, but I would have to wait till Monday. So I get into town, I was going to stay with my cousin. My buddy drop by, I was nice to see ,my friend. He mentioned, about some events going on around town. I told him, I was broke, before I could mentioned, that I would have some money Monday, he said. You broke? Why did you come home? I said to myself, Wow! So he said, he had some money and would swoop us up about 7:00 to party. So at 7:00, no show, so when Saturday came, he basically said the same thing. Again, no show. So when Monday came, I got some money and told him, let's hang out. He came by Monday, he asked, how can we go out with no money, I said, no worries. We all had fun, dance with some beautiful woman, had some drinks and painted the town red. The next day, he drop by and said, I'm sorry about Friday and Saturday, why would you take us out after what I did to you. I said, "You my friend". Try to be a friend, even if others not being a friend, don't let no one use you. Believe it or not, I had someone did me wrong, but after 15yrs they redeemed themselves. Who would have thought? One thing we all should know, to have a friend, you got "To be a friend" Riddle time*** What type of food, where you throw away the outside, cook the inside, then you eat the outside and throw away the inside? I have three true friends, we would give each other anything. We have argue and not spoken to each other for awhile. But if we need each other we are there for each other. We are true friends.

Did you know regular daydreams often find successful creative solutions to complex problems? I think this is true hugsss V A friend is someone that will be there for you when you need them and also your there for them when they need you. Give and take relationship. Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

It's a two-way street, that's for sure. Some people are givers, some people are takers. Some forget it's supposed to be give and take on both sides, not just take. "I'm always disappointed when a liar's pants don't actually catch on fire..."
