I am a bit worked up this afternoon.... pissed off one might say. There was a blog I read which was tell me your height and weight and if you were normal or over weight or obese . It is not by the scales you should focus on. It is how you feel about yourself. Nobody has the right to tell you how you feel about yourself.....All about self esteem. So fuck you all that say we are obese or over weight!
