 The scissors or spoons positions would be best. They're the most comfortable and with a little change in positioning also allow the deepest penetration.

 Good one Pagancountyrgirl. I didn't mention anything like that, but you are 100% correct about rear-entry positions allowing for the deepest penetration. Once you get everything situation these are great positions to just grind on each other in. It's easy to stay inserted, the angle of my cock is such that I can get a great deal of pleasure from just the movement around the root with no thrusting at all, and I'm in a great position to provide a light and mostly satisfying (I have been told) rib to my partner's anus or clit.

There's a lot to like about going "balls deep!"
