Baking Day.
Hope everyone is well, and hopefully enjoying good weather.

I have been Baking this Morning, I baked a Welsh Tea Loaf, Bara Brith.

 Boy that looks good!

I plan to go raspberry picking today. We've picked three quarts here at home but I know a couple of other good spots nearby. Those will taste so good in pies come January!
