I would kill a man for some In & Out. Its week 2 of my diet and day 3 of my workout every day plan. We used to try and hit the gym 2-3 times a week, now I'm going 6 days with a ton of cardio, so this had better work. I'd kill for an in & out burger and some del taco fries(that stuff is soooooo good). Not til I've been on this diet and exercize crash course for longer though..not gonna crack after 3 days! |

thought i would laught my ass off, hang in there buddy...you can do it but of coarse a big mac and large fries and a vanilla milk shake would be real tastie , right now... go ahead you earned already, once isnt going to hurt you.............lmao

Most effective diet plan for me was to get totally stressed out/developing GERD (that acid reflux/purple pill thing). Gave up fats/red meats (No steaks, and Papa Johns actually DID send a get well card). Substituted veggies, grilled fish, grilled chicken. And I learned how to make a GREAT lentil soup. Did NOTHING for portion control. Lost 35 pounds without lifting a finger for exercise. And got rid of stress/GERD and pills. ---So now that I'm all better, we order Papa John's pizzas once a week, and BLAMO (I've gained back all 35 and a few more for good measure). Rats. I have all the determination in the world, right up until I'm tempted. Morale of story: Keep doing what your doing, its the right thing. And read the receipe from a bag on lentils and give it a whirl (I DO slice some hot polish sausage in for flavor)...
