Pain in my neck...

I've had it since Sunday.
Shoots down my left arm.
I'm taking arnica and some magnesium salicylate tetrahydrate plus a cookie or gummi several times a day.
Not much relief.
Shot of Toradol had absolutely no effect.
I would be grateful for any suggestions?
