...people who get that stupid look on their faces when you almost hit them when THEY run a red light or make some other kind of shitty driver mistake!...
...makes me just want to shake some sense into their stupid asses!

 I think you need to give them some credit where it is due. When they do something stupid it is probably quite apt that they carry with them the "Stupid" look!

 Does not matter what time of day or night. Just as many if not more fools driving during the day and always in a hurry to get no where.
Or the parents driving to family court, with a car load of kids, that gets pulled over by a cop and then does not have a CDL, expired registration and no seat belts on the kids and wonders why are the cops picking on me? Thats just one, could write a book about what I have seen on the roads in good old Cal.
