Why I post so many pictures... Often i have been asked why so many pictures on my profile. I have been contemplating as to the best way to express why i do this. Everyone does something for a reason. Maybe it does not make any sense to others. But in your own mindset it does. While i was married i was never skinny enough, never looked good enough, never pretty enough. So i went through a major depression as my exhusband striped me of all my self esteem, self confidence, self worth. This was ten years ago. Since then i have finally gotten back all those back in my personal life. I know i am not perfect. But how does one define perfection?? Is it how one feels about oneself? Or having affirmation from others. Being perfect comes from how one sees him/herself. Well i take so many pictures only for myself. To show the world that I am back. And whether i dont have the flatest stomach, i have crows feet around my eyes....whatever it is. It does not matter. I am not looking for votes, let alone comments. I do it for myself only. Just wanted to clarify why i do what i do. Plus i have lost weight in the meantime. I have lost 60 lbs thus far. And i am proud of myself. So it is almost a self journaling to remind myself where i was and where i am now. Sexiness is not how one sees you...it is how i see myself. Will this be it for pictures?? Probably not. i think all of your pictures look great, and you are correct, who cares what others think... i say keep taking them... i enjoy viewing them.

Absolutely nothing wrong with posting pictures. You should not have to justify why you do things to anyone. Your pictures are perfect. Congrats on the weight loss. pNt

personally, I think you should take as many pictures as you want! I have taken many pictures of myself and I agree, it's a way of becoming comfortable with oneself and seeing how sexy or erotic you really are.

The most important part of this is you do it for you You're not trying to please anyone else And that's not a common attitude on the net, or in blogland. That weight loss is awesome. It's symbolic of taking control of your life. I know it feels doing things now, doesn't it? (applauds from the bleachers)

Thank You Dominant Soul fot your kind words. I believe before someone is able to love me i have to love myself. And not talking about conceit. I often felt those two were the same. But i have come to the conclusion that they are very different. Self love means confidence. Conceit is thinking i am better than anyone else. Well i for sure know i am not better than anyone else. We are all equals. Women are anyways. Men come from a differerent planet!!!! Only kidding of course. When on can laugh...it releases an endorphin that makes life more tolerable. I cannot beleive anyone would criticize anyone for posting one or a hundred pics. That is asinine. However, your reasoning why you post rings familiarity with me as from my youth I am still trying to deal with body issues as a grown man. I met an old friend who told me she never had a picture of me, only 3 exist anyways, and I sent her one. Self taken. and she emailed that it was the best present she had received. And I am working on more pictures, professionally done, showing my new body building body. I just wish I could eat french fries. lol

Tell me about it madhatter. But you would be suprised at how many negative emails i get about posting so many pictures. But all of them are just of me. No one else is ever in the picturs. So i dont know what the big deal is about me posting pictures of myself. To me it shows self confidence which i lacked all thoughout my married life.
