Him

Him I have dreamt of him, in the shallow breaths of my dream-filled nights. And I have sensed his touch, in the depths of my heart's delights. I have heard him speak in tones that brings silence to my breath. And I have smelled his musky scent lingering in the twilight's death. I have seen him glow in the shadow of the sun And I have touched his rugged countenance wishing I was his chosen one.

The lingering thunderstorms and restless nights leave me lost in my thoughts.
