An unusual, strange request.

An unusual, strange request. A bit more light-hearted today so let's have a laugh! True story: I reached out to a woman on another site yesterday, and before introductions even started she asked me to send a picture of me touching my nose. Instantly, a yellow flag went up. What is her intent? Is she (or maybe he) trying to collect pictures and assemble a collage of guys that look like fools? I went ahead and took a picture of myself touching my nose, but cropped the rest of my facial features out, as you can see. I sent it, and she responded "But I can't see your face". I replied, "You didn't ask to see my face, you asked for a picture of me touching my nose" Before long, she was gone, but left feeling good I had called their bluff.  |

Anyone else ever have this happen, here or elsewhere?

One way to know if it's a fake or scammer is to ask for a instant photo, they will always have some lame excuse why they can't send one....... Also it would have to match ur profile photo, which as a fake they can't do that.

Well, since my face photo was already visible, it did indeed seem strange, to say the least, lol. Like you I take my cues from the two C's -- conversation and chemistry.

When I was on another site a friend of mine told me to ask him for a picture of them doing something silly and if they wouldn't respond or do a selfie right then and there and they tried to give you an excuses more than likely you are a scammer So after that I did what he suggested a few times with people and let me tell you half of them were scammers because they wanted to talk on Hangouts app and I don't do that if you can't take me at my word talk on the phone or video chat with me then you know it's not worth it So good for you for calling her out The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.

I bet she was a spy for the CDC. Now, go wash your hands. And don't touch your face again.   Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Yup, a lot of women ask for "unconventional" pictures to weed out the men who use stolen pictures as their profile and emailed pics. Bummer but now you know if it happens again.

You'd think right? But my anecdotal studies have shown that the Vera Wang Bridal Collection website is a popular choice for men to find a "wearing a suit" picture for their profile.
