Wednesday, BRRRRRRRRRR The weather outside is definitely frightening!! The bitter cold started blowing in as I was headed to bed last night...and the raging North Wind continues this morning. I had a busy workday yesterday as my cube-mate called in sick...she wasn't feeling well Monday when she left the office, so I wasn't all that surprised. She got her test and scan results back on her gallbladder and apparently she will have to have surgery to remove it...I'll find out all the gory details today if she's back in the office. She had mentioned she was afraid she had picked up something last week while having to go to the various medical places to get blood work done, her Hydascan and pre-op work done...so, I would imagine if she was going to pick-up some bug, she was in the prime areas for such...makes me so glad I got both the seasonal flu shot AND the H1N1 shot. Just to be on the side of caution, I broke out one of my Zycam nose swabs and swabbed throughout the last couple of days. I'm a freak like that, I just want to be ahead of the game...I HATE being sick and having to take off work when I'm sick. But, I'm not one that will come to work sick and infect everyone else...sometimes, you have to give in to your body and just rest and recover!!! I realized this morning that two more new release movies came out yesterday. I will see about picking them up this evening after work. I was supposed to have a BDSM tonight but I haven't had a confirmation back from the guy, which means even if I do hear from him at this point, I won't session him. I like to have confirmation a good 24-hours before the session in order to have a good outline in my<b> head </font></b>and the proper instruments of torture laid out and ready...oh well, his loss!! Time to start thinking about getting in the shower...I'm considering using the towel warmer this morning, coupled with the space heater...that should make for a toasty morning prep area...I love to put my big plush, white terry bathrobe on the towel warmer so that it's so nice and warm when I get out of the shower... Layering is the key factor for this kind of weather...I HATE to layer but understand and realize the importance of it in the winter. Time to get another cup of coffee and start preparing for the day. Have a great Hump Day!!! BTW - I just realized this is number 1500 blog post!!! Wow, 1500 posts here on NoStrings!!! I have to admit, I am into my blogging. I wouldn't say it is an addiction, but I sure enjoy getting my thoughts down here in my blog, as well as sharing some of my experiences. Here's to No. 1500!!!!! Blog on!!!!
