Being an avid reader, I have never actually read the story "through the looking glass " though I've read lots of variations on that theme. I'm flattered to make a cameo in yours...(and it's MY grill ! )
It's rather a bizarre story, actually. It's a chess match, but it's not. It's.. well it's been awhile since I've read it myself.

But you know the references. Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum, Humpty Dumpty, the talking flowers... I love the talking flowers. They won't shut up until Alice gets ready to pick em!

And, um of course it's your grill. I twisted it, don't ya know... the birthday and all... oh nevermind.

Hand down the most interesting symposium read so far. Your creativity level is through the roof; and the door.

After reading this I can almost draw a map of blogland. Although it would probably have to be turned inside out to be read.

Busty Betty Who? lol - I kid. .. I think I have a trophy around here somewhere. Now where did I put that?

I'll take a picture of it, when I find it.
That's if I can figure out this darn camera thing.
I think it might be lost in all those weeds near my entryway.
I had great fun writing your section, old friend.

Thank you, 2try.

For reading, and especially for responding. This symposium idea is the BEST project I have seen in all my time here in BlogLand.

We should foster it, as it binds us as a community.

Thank you, DigDug, my longtime blogging friend!

I wonder if you are referring to the line in apollorising's section?

I am really missing the old BlogLand. And its e-motion.

I considered italicizing the whole thing, as it was a sort of lament for the blogging days of yore. I was curious if anyone would pick up on that.

Agreed. Change is constant. Moving forward is good.

Excellent, Fel! I am only to happy to provide some humor. It's the main theme in my blogging activities.

This project was great fun for me. I had to research all y'all in order to write your sequences, and I got to know each of you a bit better as one of the consequences.

Now, I hate you and will probably never write anything, ever, again! Excellent story, congrats!

What was it Terry Pratchett said about the Discworld... "You cannot map a sense of humor"?

You seem to have done so quite nicely... your portals to bloggers are very much appreciated, and you even worked in references to the sister book of one of my favorite childhood tales. Well done, and thank you!

Stop in, read, and offer comments at my "swinging as seen in the media" blog, "Confessions of a Lifestyle Man" humorlife, which is also the home of the monthly virtual symposium. New post: The Virtual Symposium Returns Lets Pick A Topic

You sir, are a blogger after my own heart. You followed my link, and then read an overlong story when you arrived.

Thank you, for the compliments, and I'll be over at your place tomorrow to see what you have written today.

So please

Hello, humorlife!

I am honored to be mentioned along with the late Mr. Pratchett.

Thank you. I did indeed approach this particular symposium with community building as the underlying purpose.

I am looking forward to the next symposium, and a new challenge.
