Testimonials

I'm curious how people view the testimonials on a profile. I'm not talking about the ones people use to try to convince the people to meet with them ("This is a sexy couple, I sure hope we get together soon"). I'm talking about the ones that indicate the people involved really met. When you see ones that indicate a connection....
I don't read tesimonials
The more testimonials, the more "real" the profile
The more testimonials, the less appitizing
Testimonials are meaningless
Some other option

Almost all of my testamonials are from friends. And for the ones that IMPLY that something happened...well, don't always believe what you read when it is an implication!!

Perrin, I just see them as what others may have encountered. Some good, some bad, but in the end...One never knows what is true and what is not. I think it's all in perception. For me personally, it could go either way.
