I Love my lil Pink Thingie.... hehehe...i couldnt help myself with that title,ya know that even though my minds in the gutter 90% of the time,i usually dont blog it..but damn it after 400 something blogs im running outta titles anymore.And theres only so many times that i can say that i wanna fuck DC like an animal before i sound more like an ass....lol.(BUT its true and i would given the chance..) My pink thingie is my new cell phone...lol.Its a very cool pink color and i just adore it.Not too sure that i like at&t,cause my other cells arent, they are verizon,but at least this one will work at the Bf's house.My verizon one dies every time that i take it to his house and its only bout 15 miles from my house,but he lives kinda in a valley and i just get no coverage barely...none at all in the house and then the frigging thing continually searched for service and the battery dies.The odd thing about this is that i HATE talking on the phone...lol.I mean i do have to use it daily and i have to talk to the bf and grandma,but other than that i really dont talk on the phone a lot.This one im not giving to anyone...that way no one can call me...hehe.And i dont think im even going to put my old numbers in it cause then if i call,they will have my new one..lol.God did that sound frig paranoid or what?..But i had to play with my pink thingie for awhile,still not done with it yet... I had the shittiest day today...i get home like at 4:00 or so...and the first thing i do besides pee ..hehe...is take my damn shoes off and went to get a drink of water and here my water wasnt on.Went outside to get my mail and saw i had a notice that my water was going to be terminated on Aug 4 -i just got the notice yesterday-the 6th.Soo i had to race to the fucking store and pay the 66 damn dollars and a 30 reconnection fee and they didnt even come back and turn it on.So i have no water til God knows when today.Even in my dirt poor days ive never had a utility shut off and it just piss ed me the hell off.Went and bought a few gallons of water at the store to drink and stuff,but i really couldnt cook anything and it was just shitty...lol. I get back from paying the water bill and im in the house and all the sudden my landlady is in my kitchen,without knocking she walks right in and is prepared to bitch at me saying that she had a copy of the water being turned off...so i had to whip put the proof that i paid the frigging thing and show her.Then she asked for my cell number because i dont have a landline and i didnt really wanna give one to her,so i gave her the one that i dont use and am probably going to get taken off of my account..lol.I dont know why,the number just came out of my mouth to her and i got to thinking a few minutes later that she wouldnt get me anyways.I swear this woman gives EVERY blonde a bad name.She gave me her cell phone # but told me that it was out of service til next week because she got a lot of HAIRSPRAY in the thing...hehe,i can just see this in my head...not being able to stay off the freakin phone long enough to use some hairspray. And i thought i was the dumb blonde,i think im a brunette trapped in a blonde body..hehe.But yea what an airhead.If you seen her,she looks like a scarecrow...one of those older women who still try to act like they are 30 or younger.I know one thing...come payday i am definitely getting new locks for both my doors...thats twice that theyve just walked into the house now.I dont care if she gets pissed about the new locks or not even.Its not that im changing hers,im just adding some to them.And with the idiot next door knocking on my bedroom window the other night from MY roof...i need to get one or two of those window locking thingies..lol.God THAT sounded paranoid tooo.... I was moved to tears reading Tammies blog.I cant link her cause i dont know how...pleading the blonde again...but ya;ll probably know who i mean anyways...WildSpiritCheri,but what an awesome and thoughtful post and soooo fucking many people are just idiots anymore and dont give a damn about any one but themselves.Ya know,im not a huge people person,im shy and somewhat of a loner...but i still CARE about people who are less fortunate than i am,not only because ive been there,but also because of the way my grandma raised me.I dont know...it just makes you wonder about the me me me mentality of a lot of people anymore. Man,im caught between a rock and a hard place and im not sure what or if i should do anything.Ya all mostly know that my gf Carol has been trying to hook up with someone online and she called me last night practically in tears because of the way this guy is acting with her.They havent met yet,theyve talked on the phone some i guess...but hes 31 yrs old,lives about 200 miles from her and he lives with his parents(and im not really making fun of that fact,hell i had to live with my grandparents for awhile after my divorce,that isnt the point).. he wants her to go to where he lives for the week end and he doesnt even have his own place.Not to mention the fact that she is old enough to be his mother.Ok...i guess boytoys are attrative to some people just not me..lol.But he started saying that he wanted to have a baby with her...that he just wanted her and to never let go..it was just creepy and i just didnt know what to say to her.I really can empathize with her and her relationship with her husband,they havent had sex in a year or so... and i went through that several years with my ex husband...so i know that she is lonely and need of some affection,but this guy is only hurting her.I had his y name and went on and tried to talk with him...he started to say hi and all that...i told Carol i really really wanted to go off on him and tell him to quit fucking with her head,but it isnt my place to do that,so i couldnt.I think that there is more to the story with her and her hubby that i dont know,so i have to stay quiet,but some times i wanna knock some sense into him too...lol Shit,i dont know....ill probably be seeing her later today so ill try to talk some sense into her but im not sure that it will work because im sure that she doesnt wanna hear it.Then again maybe she will surprise me and listen for a change.And it isnt so much about meeting online that irritates me,just cause ive had shitty experiences with the wrong men meeting online doesnt mean that everyone does,i know that there are actually several here at A.F.F. who have hooked up and its worked out fantastically good...i guess im just worried about her.And dammit im already stressed out over too many things,i cant get all frigging more involved because ive been struggling lately with wanting to drink and i sooooo DONT want to,but the alkie in me does.And i cant fuck up cause its been a year now and i dont wanna fuck up.But i sure as hell felt like it after yesterday. Shit,i need to get going...try to wash my hair in the tub with the bottled water...lol...i can only hope that today is better than yesterday. I need to buy a new phone. I do like the pink coloured ones so I may get one. Gee, they don't shut water off here. Well I have never heard of it happening. I hope they reconnect it soon. Your landlady has no legal right to just walk into your home. All landlords have to give you notice that they will be attending the property. I would tell her to fuck off and give the proper warning. Maybe you have some sort of tenant's advice bureau where they can advise you of your rights. Take care hun. Linda xxx

The landlady does have a legal right to access to your apartment so if she asks for a key you really can't not provide one for her. I have been a landlord for 18 years and the bullshit that goes along with it is just terrible. If you are a good tenant then she doesn't have a thing to bitch about. I don't understand why the water department shut you water off for a single past due bill. I could see if it was months behind but one late payment, that is bullshit. i have a pink thingie too well, it is actually just a cover. the phone is black and i lose it every time i lay it down. So i saw a 2 piece cover, and grabbed it for 10 bucks. Now my provider is AT&T and when i go to my moms in the holler, i can't get no signal. But my sister's is Verizon, and she can call anywhere. Makes no sense the way they set up them towers. Had my water shut off a few times before, and even lived in a place many years ago that didn't have running water in the house. Had to pump it from the well just like they did in the olden days. Every time i move, i install my own doorknobs. As long as they are kwiksets. Then upon leaving, i return theirs to the door. Who knows who all has keys to the darn thing. i know who has keys to mine. Hope your days get brighter sweetie. We can't have bad days all the time. Love ya  It is a Journey…We all get there differently.
